Controllers Involved in Insulation Removal

T3_500

For most wires, removing the insulation is easy, but for magnetic and enamel wires, removing the insulation is very difficult. One way to easily remove the insulation of the magnetic or enamel wire is to dip them in a solution of molten fused salts. The salts are heated to a temperature high enough to melt the salts into a liquid, but not deteriorate them. This process uses a feedback temperature controller. The temperature controller allows the operator to input a desired temperature and maintain that temperature accurately. The controller will also retain the input temperature after the power is disconnected.
