Temperature and Humidity Monitoring in Wine Cabinets

The environment in which a wine is stored must be controlled to ensure great taste and that the wine upholds it value. The Model MTL-30 has the ability to record the temperature and humidity of its ambient surroundings and also has built in audible and visual alarms if the environment changes outside of the allowed settings. These features will allow the owner to know if the cabinet doors were left open or if the cabinet’s refrigeration system is working properly.
